It is a unique and quirky property located in Centro district near Royal Palace and Madrid. It has pretty friendly, very pleasant staff. The tapas bar offers free soft drinks. Good service and the food is fine.

I liked the hotel, it was functional and clean. The staff were pleasant and exceptional, you should know it. The bed was very comfy and the rooms were decent size and fashionable. The location was marvellous, just 5 min walk from an iconic street.

It's a colourful very good budget hotel with incredible location in Centro district next to the Gran Via and the Royal Palace. The staff is amazingly nice and pleasant, that's an advantage, Offers good service and fine food.

The free drinks were a nice touch and the location couldn't have been better. The hotel was within walking distance of all the main attractions and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, giving us some good tips for things to see and do.
Sadly, the room was a bit disappointing. It was quite small and felt a bit cramped.
